BSMRAU wins IDB Award
Friends , now I want to give you a very exiting and incredable news that BSMRAU won IDB Award. I feel very proud to be a student of this university.
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) won the prestigious Islamic Development Bank (IDB) prize award for Science and Technology in the category of “most noted Science and Technology institution in the Least Developed Member countries”, reports BSS.
In a letter, the President of Islamic Development Bank (IDB) congratulated the University and expressed his hope that the award of this prize will encourage more Science and Technology institutions in Bangladesh to strive for achieving excellence, a press release said.
The prize consists of a cash award of US$ 100,000 a trophy and a certificate .
